Orange Peels In Chocolate Macarons
The smell of ginger and honey flavour has always been associated with joyful moments spent with family at the holiday table. Orange peels, honey, cocoa, delicious chocolate and our homemade gingerbread spice. This last component is prepared based on the original recipe used in Poland at the turn of the nineteenth century. We used the cinnamon bark, dried ginger, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg, all in secret proportions. You can be assured that we didn’t use any artificial preservatives. All of our Macarons are freshly baked and use only the best and proven ingredients.
